Welcome to Z-Tech. These terms govern your access to and use of the website z-tech.me and our related services. By using the website or ordering the services, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to them without limitation.
Use of Services
Services are provided for business purposes only. The client agrees to use the services in a lawful, respectful, and appropriate manner. Any misuse, attempt to harm systems, or abuse of the services will result in immediate termination.
Fair Use Z-Tech reserves the right to suspend or limit services in cases of excessive, unreasonable, or abnormal usage that goes beyond the agreed scope, including unreasonable volume of requests or usage not aligned with the declared business purpose.
Known Limitations and Disclaimer
The client acknowledges that certain issues may be caused by third-party providers (internet providers, cloud platforms, external servers) and are outside the control of Z-Tech. Migration, backup and security activities may involve temporary and acceptable downtime.
Payments, Fees, and Refunds Policy Z-Tech specializes in providing global IT services. Service prices (such as hourly rates or QuickFix15) are listed in Israeli New Shekels (₪).
Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided – including for unused hour bundles, cancellation requests, or in cases where Z-Tech terminates the service due to abusive behavior (verbal threats, harassment, etc.).
Transaction Fees: Payments are processed via international clearing platforms. As such, your credit card company or bank may charge international transaction fees or conversion fees. These fees are not charged by Z-Tech and will be automatically added to the final amount during checkout. The client acknowledges and agrees that all external clearing and transaction fees are their sole responsibility.
Payment Schedule: Services are performed after an advance payment (deposit). The remaining balance must be paid immediately upon completion of the work.
Termination of Service
Z-Tech may terminate or choose not to renew services at its sole discretion in cases of misuse, non-payment, damage to reputation, or inappropriate client behavior.
Force Majeure
Z-Tech will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances beyond its control (such as natural disasters, power outages, widespread cyberattacks, communication disruptions, or governmental restrictions).
Privacy and Confidentiality
Any business information provided for the purpose of delivering the service will be kept fully confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s written consent.
Disclaimer
All services are provided “as is”. Z-Tech shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or financial loss caused by third-party systems.
Governing Law
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel-Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
